Jack Boyajian is seeking an organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails from clients and potential clients.
- Assisting clients with inquiries regarding policies, claims, and coverage options.

Administrative Support:
- Managing and organizing client files and documents.
- Scheduling appointments for agents and clients.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Inputting and updating client information in databases or management systems.
- Keeping accurate records of policy renewals, claims, and correspondence.

Policy Management:
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of insurance applications and claims.
- Reviewing policy documents for accuracy and completeness.

Communication:
- Liaising between clients and insurance agents to facilitate effective communication.
- Sending out policy confirmations, renewal notices, and other important correspondence.

Billing and Payments:
- Assisting with billing inquiries and payment processing.
- Tracking overdue payments and following up with clients as needed.

Customer Service:
- To be eligible for an internship, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship.
- Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
- Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

- Our office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Weekdays.

- We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
