ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member at Brian Harris - State Farm Agent, you will create outstanding customer experiences that contribute to the success of our insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide policy details.
- Assist clients with policy modifications and updates.
- Process insurance claims and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Compensation: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
