We have partnered with a dominant, nationwide leader in concrete coatings for both commercial and residential markets that is need of a Floor Coating Technician to join their team. This firm is renowned for its success and bustling environment and rewarding opportunities. If you take pride in providing essential services, this is the perfect role for you!

Please note that this position is starting as Part Time (PT), but has the potential and expectation of turning Full Time (FT) AND transitioning into a Crew Leader managing other technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prep floors: grind, clean, and repair concrete surfaces
  • Use tools like grinders, vacuums, mixers, and more
  • Mix and apply polyurea coatings (training provided)
  • Mask and tape work areas for clean lines and safety
  • Maintain a tidy and safe job site throughout the day
  • Interact professionally with customers when needed
Qualifications:
 
  • Dependable, on-time, and ready to work
  • Experience in painting, coatings, or general construction is a plus
  • Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. when needed and being on your feet during the day
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in changing weather
