As a Salesperson at MaidPro you will play a vital role in driving sales, customer service, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, inclination to customer service, and a dedication to exceeding sales targets.
- Maintains customer records by updating our customers records and schedules information
- Maintains customer accounts accurately by documenting phone calls, estimates and follow up on prospects.
- Conducts outbound sales and customer service calls
- Assists all customers with inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner, both on the telephone and in person.
- Follows and maintains Quality Assurance Standards as issued by the company
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Good interpersonal skills; enjoy making customers happy and able to relate to a variety of people in a responsible and cooperative manner.
- Capable of neat, thorough, accurate work (extremely detail-oriented) with good organizational skills.
- Possess a great attitude and think like a solution provider.
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- You will be required to perform 'in the field' with quality control checks
- You will be required to assist in the effective operation of dispatch, training, and recruitment whenever required.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Must report directly to the Office Manager
- Keep our team motivated and ensure the Office atmosphere is positive
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, both in English and Spanish
- Results-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
- Effective time management and organization.
