As a key player in our agency, you'll use your sales skills and bilingual expertise to build relationships, provide real value to customers, and drive agency growth. Whether you're advising clients on the right coverage or uncovering new sales opportunities, your role is critical in shaping a positive experience for every customer.

Your Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Conduct policy reviews and offer tailored insurance recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Use your knowledge of our products to confidently present and sell insurance policies.
- Manage service inquiries, assist with renewals, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to grow your client base and income.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).
- Prior experience in insurance sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (preferred).
- A proven ability to hit sales targets and close deals.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance OR willing to obtain licensure (we’ll help guide you through the process).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
