We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales & Quoting Associate to join our appliance retail team! In this role, you’ll assist walk-in customers, quote products and services, and help build full appliance packages—from single units to complete kitchen suites. This role is much more than a counter position—it's about knowing the products, understanding customer needs, and confidently closing the sale.
🛠️ What You’ll Do:
- Assist walk-in traffic and respond to parts/service quote requests
- Build and present appliance packages and installation options
- Upsell based on customer lifestyle and preferences
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on promos
- Help drive store growth through great service and local outreach
