Base pay and commissions range from $16-26 per hour depending on experience and commissions.
Office Associate Expectations:
· Each day you’ll spend significant time responding to calls, voice mails, and emails to answer questions from customers; you’ll need to track your activity and document your conversations
· One of the most important jobs will be talking with potential customers on the phone to determine if our services are a good fit for their project
· Talk with prospective clients, gather information, run quotes through our software, and present the options that best fits each clients situation.
· During the busy season, answer/make as many as 50-75 phone calls every day
· This sounds really dry, but it’s way more fun than it sounds!
Office Associate Skills & Experience needed to be successful:
· Ability to work independently in the office but also work collaboratively with the team
· Excellent customer service skills
· Comfortable phone presence
· Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new technology… you know, tech savvy; flip-phones need not apply!

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
