Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for building strong business relationships and driving growth? SERVPRO of Sarasota, a leader in property mitigation and reconstruction from water, fire, and mold damage, is seeking a Business Development & Account Sales Professional to spearhead our expansion efforts and strengthen partnerships across industries. With our rapidly expanding company, this role provides unique and massive upside potential to capture an entire market and establish a strong pipeline for years to come. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure Business-to-Business (B2B) Master Service Agreements with new and existing customers.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, commercial clients, hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored business strategies.
  • Manage and direct a marketing assistant to attend social events, trade shows, and local business gatherings—creating brand awareness and generating potential customer leads.

  • Represent SERVPRO at industry events, networking functions, and business meetings to expand our reach and credibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless execution of agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the restoration or property services industry.
  • Strong ability to negotiate and close contracts with corporate and commercial clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Preference for candidates with multiple years of local business contacts that can be leveraged for relationship-building and lead generation. 
  • Knowledge of property mitigation, insurance claims, or construction services is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Salesforce, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
