This is a part time position, Monday-Friday 9am-3pm
- Schedules and coordinates day to day schedules of both caregivers and clients
- Answers telephones, takes inquiries or messages using good telephone technique
- Communicates continually with associates and clients in response to any and all schedule changes
- Responds promptly and courteously to all client and caregiver calls
- Performs on-call and after hours duties as needed
- Serves as a liaison between associates and management
- Maintains required certifications of the caregiving staff
- Maintains office cleanliness
- Participate in Company's social media accounts
- Other general office and clerical functions
- High School graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience
- Basic office and computer skills, organizational abilities, excellent telephone skills and excellent interpersonal relations
- Able to work independently, demonstrating good judgement and overall exceptional organization
- Be available as required for on-call duty outside of the normal office hours
