Job Summary

Perform various activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients, time-card processing, and motioning of telephony system, other payroll responsibilities and other office coordination duties.

This is a part time position, Monday-Friday 9am-3pm

Essential Functions

  • Schedules and coordinates day to day schedules of both caregivers and clients 
  • Answers telephones, takes inquiries or messages using good telephone technique
  • Communicates continually with associates and clients in response to any and all schedule changes
  • Responds promptly and courteously to all client and caregiver calls
  • Performs on-call and after hours duties as needed
  • Serves as a liaison between associates and management
  • Maintains required certifications of the caregiving staff 
  • Maintains office cleanliness
  • Participate in Company's social media accounts 
  • Other general office and clerical functions
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Availability

  • High School graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience
  • Basic office and computer skills, organizational abilities, excellent telephone skills and excellent interpersonal relations
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating good judgement and overall exceptional organization 
  • Be available as required for on-call duty outside of the normal office hours
Compensation: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
