Role Description:
As an Account Associate for Russel Williams - State Farm Agent, you help drive the agency’s success by providing essential post-sale support. You’ll manage administrative tasks, communicate with clients, coordinate with underwriting, and ensure all necessary documentation and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on applications, missing documents, and required signatures.
- Coordinate with underwriting to resolve pending issues and expedite policy issuance.
- Set and confirm appointments for agents and clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and policy data.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policy changes and status updates.
- Support the sales team with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field is a plus.
- Comfort making phone calls and following up on outstanding items.
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
