We are looking for a goal-driven and customer-focused Residential Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, presenting product or service options, and closing sales with homeowners. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Identify and generate new residential sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, inbound leads, or events.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide tailored product or service solutions.
  • Present and explain offerings in a clear, compelling manner, highlighting benefits and value.
  • Close sales and guide customers through the onboarding or installation process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Enter customer information and sales activity into CRM systems accurately and promptly.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.


 

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in residential sales, direct sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if field-based).
  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM software and mobile tools.


 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
