Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the nursing staff.
- Remind clients to take all medications and ensure compliance with care plans.
- Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Transport clients to appointments and assist with mobility as needed.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records for each client.
- Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide required
- Previous experience in home health care or a similar role is required.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation, driver's license is a plus.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
