In-Office Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to service and grow our existing book of business. This role is centered around client retention, relationship management, and identifying coverage gaps to ensure our customers are properly protected.
- Service an existing book of business with a strong focus on retention
- Handle 60–120 calls per day along with emails, texts, and walk-in customers
- Answer coverage questions and explain complex insurance topics clearly
- Identify gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate solutions
- Offer additional lines of business when appropriate
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems
- De-escalate concerns and calmly assist frustrated customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to support agency growth
- $26–$30 per hour plus commission and bonus
- Annual raises based on performance reviews
- Additional earning potential
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Comfortable handling 60–120 calls per day while managing additional service tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to discuss risk, protection, and coverage gaps confidently
- Patient, calm, and professional when handling difficult conversations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must work in-office at 3804 W Burbank Blvd, Suite A, Burbank, CA 91505
- Candidates living more than a 30-mile radius may not be the right fit due to LA traffic
- Bilingual Armenian or Spanish preferred
- Professionals with experience at banks or credit unions
- Licensed insurance representatives from other agencies
- Customer-facing professionals accustomed to handling complex financial conversations
- Individuals who balance efficiency with strong relationship-building skills
