Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. We’re looking for someone to help spread the word about our professional lawn care. You’ll visit neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, and offer free lawn evaluations to help them achieve the lawn they’ve always wanted. Lawn Doctor believes that employees who are given a chance to grow professionally will in turn help to grow our business.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, outgoing, goal-driven, and love working outside. The ideal candidate for this position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, and is enthusiastic about working directly with customers.

You must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Actual work experience in sales and experience in Lawn Care is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities:

Canvas neighborhoods in assigned territories
Talk with homeowners and explain our services
Schedule free lawn evaluations and collect lead info
Represent our brand professionally and respectfully
Track interactions and daily activity
Developing a knowledge of Lawn Doctor Services to answer questions customers or prospects may have

Qualifications:

Friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
Excellent communication and people skills
Reliable transportation
Able to walk outdoors for extended periods
Sales experience a plus, but not required

Compensation:

Base pay of $12-$17/hour + commission on sales
Paid training
Flexible schedule (15–30 hours/week)
Seasonal role with potential for long-term position
