As the face of our company in the region, you will play a key role in identifying potential business opportunities, engaging with local businesses, and presenting tailored service solutions. You will act as a local point of contact, ensuring strong communication and building trusted relationships with prospects and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company professionally during in-person visits and local networking opportunities.
- Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients in the area.
- Present our staffing, direct hiring, and outsourcing solutions clearly and effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams to align on client needs and opportunities.
- Record client interactions and sales activities accurately in our CRM.
- Support the expansion of the company’s footprint in the region by identifying market opportunities.
Preferred Profile:
- 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (experience in staffing or B2B services is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
