About the Role:

 We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team on-site. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone eager to grow in a sales career while gaining hands-on experience in the staffing and outsourcing industry.
As the face of our company in the region, you will play a key role in identifying potential business opportunities, engaging with local businesses, and presenting tailored service solutions. You will act as a local point of contact, ensuring strong communication and building trusted relationships with prospects and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company professionally during in-person visits and local networking opportunities.
  • Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients in the area.
  • Present our staffing, direct hiring, and outsourcing solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams to align on client needs and opportunities.
  • Record client interactions and sales activities accurately in our CRM.
  • Support the expansion of the company’s footprint in the region by identifying market opportunities.
Preferred Profile:

  • 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (experience in staffing or B2B services is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
