We are seeking a dynamic dedicated Physical Therapist to join our PT owned outpatient orthopedic practice. The owners of Joint Physical Therapy have the combined experience of 55+ years in the industry with a long history in the educational aspect of our profession. Our goal is to add a clinician to the team and support that person on their journey of professional development in their areas of interest as it aligns with the clinic's needs.
Our caseload is varied with regard to age and diagnosis. We would also strive to cultivate business in whatever areas of interest or specialty that this professional might want to expand at our Middletown location. Joint Physical Therapy focuses on a comprehensive evaluation followed by an individualized patient goal-oriented approach. Our therapists are encouraged to adopt a collaborative hands-on approach with both the patient, other rehab professionals as well a medical referring source. Our goal is an exceptional physical therapy experience for every patient.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current or pending New Jersey State Physical Therapy license
- Excellence in manual therapy a plus
- Excellence in patient management centered on customer service and compassion

Joint Physical Therapy was founded on the belief that all patients deserve to voice their unique barriers to daily living, have these problems evaluated comprehensively, and then partner in a plan to address these issues. Engaging the patient in the rehabilitation process is a core value of our practice.
Education in body mechanics and retraining movement patterns are used to modulate pain, increase active motion, and improve function for work, sports, or life’s activities.
Manual therapy is an integral component of the treatment plan. Soft tissue mobilization, stretching, muscle energy, and joint mobility techniques are all performed by experienced, licensed clinicians. Supportive treatments may include interventions such as cryotherapy, electric stimulation, ultrasound or Kinesio, and athletic taping.
Joint Physical Therapy is a community-based practice that prides itself on providing a comfortable family atmosphere. We specialize in providing one-to-one treatments focused on individual needs.
