Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Identify and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in the field of insurance with customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
