We are actively seeking passionate Behavior Technicians/RBTs to join our expanding team, playing a crucial role in providing specialized 1-1 treatment in a Center-Based setting. Here at Little Masters Development Center we help children reach independence my mastering life skill through our Play and Teach Philosophy.

Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
- Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
- Any other tasks outlined by a BCBA/LBA
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of ABA experience
- Availability in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus)
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) (Nice to have)
· A passion for working with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
· Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
· Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
· Must have reliable transportation
· Background check required
Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
