- Lead and manage abatement projects from planning through completion, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and direct abatement crews, providing clear guidance and support to ensure efficient, high-quality work.
- Coordinate site decontamination and clearance testing post-removal.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- At least 4 years of experience in abatement project management or a related field.
- Proven experience running crews and managing teams in an abatement or construction environment.

Must have a current Oregon Asbestos Abatement Supervisor Certification.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for asbestos and hazardous material removal.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
