We will fully train and certify the right person. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn the restoration trade the right way.
- Handyman or maintenance work
- Construction helper
- Landscaping or physical labor
- Mechanically oriented hobbies
- Any role involving tools, problem-solving, or hands-on tasks
- Light demolition and removal of building materials
- Operating pumps, vacuums, and extraction equipment to remove water
- Detailed cleaning: vacuuming, brushing, and wiping down surfaces and contents
- Setting up or adjusting drying and filtration equipment
- Accessing small or elevated areas (ladders, crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
- Safe operation of hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
- Practicing proper lifting, chemical safety, and PPE use
- Maintaining a clean, professional appearance on job sites
- Communicating clearly with customers and teammates
- Using smartphones/tablets for job documentation and tracking
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to squat, crawl, climb ladders, and work in various temperatures and environments

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- IICRC certifications (we will pay for and provide training)
