You’ll get warm leads, back-office quoting support, and the tools to drive results—so you can focus on what matters: closing deals.
- You don’t have a Louisiana P&C license
- You’ve never written commercial lines
- You’re uncomfortable with CRM and digital tools
- You confidently sell GL, BOP, WC, Commercial Auto, and Umbrella
- You want to sell—not get buried in admin work
- You’re competitive, coachable, and solutions-driven
- You thrive on hitting goals and earning what you're worth
- Work warm leads from inbound requests, referrals, and PL clients
- Consult with business owners, gather risk info, and present coverage
- Coordinate with our support team for quoting and submissions
- Track your pipeline in AgencyZoom and follow a proven process
- Close new business and exceed benchmarks
- Full quoting support – You sell, we assist with the rest
- Tech-enabled sales process – CRM, AMS, templates, call tracking
- No cold calling – We supply real commercial opportunities
