At Little Masters Development Center we are dedicated to supporting young children and their families through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our mission is to help children reach independence by mastering life skills!
We are currently seeking compassionate, energetic, and reliable Early Intervention ABA Providers to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children ages 0–3.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs in home, clinic, or community settings
- Work 1:1 with children on goals related to communication, social skills, behavior, and independence
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications:
- Birth to Grade 2 Early Childhood Disabilities Certificate

- LMSW (Licensed Master of Social)
As well as:
- Experience with young children, particularly ages 0–5 (preferred)
- Passion for early childhood development and behavioral therapy
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
- Ability to pass a background check
- RBT certification a plus – training provided for the right candidate

Compensation: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour
