STRIDE FITNESS West End is seeking an experienced Sales and Operaations Manager to oversee sales and member experience for our studio located in Nashville.
STRIDE Fitness is a dynamic, high intensity interval training concept, delivering a total-body cardio and strength workout designed for every fitness level and led by STRIDE certified coaches. Using state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills, customized weight benches and MyZone heart rate monitors, STRIDE Fitness offers a fun, supportive and inclusive workout experience. We are passionate about empowering our team and members to strive for more, and we’re looking for a Studio Sales and Operations Manager to lead and grow our membership base.
POSITION: The Studio Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for driving membership sales, leading the front-desk team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role requires a proactive, results-driven leader who can foster community engagement, execute sales strategies, and help maintain a vibrant, high-performing studio culture.
REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience, preferably in a boutique studio or wellness environment, as well as experience successfully supervising employees
• Confident in generating personal sales, managing and driving revenue and training Sales Associates
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Owner and corporate staff
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal and customer service skills in person, on the telephone and via email and text
• An affinity and passion for fitness, health and wellness
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; experience with fitness software is a plus
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet or exceed monthly membership and revenue goals through strategic sales initiatives
• Work with Operations Manager to schedule/participate in Grassroots Marketing partnerships on a weekly basis to drive new guest traffic (in-studio & and out-of-studio events)
• Develop a high energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation
• Work with Head Coach to maximize capacity utilization via scheduling optimization and promotions
• Manage Sales Associates weekly schedule
• Participate in studio, regional and system-wide meetings and trainings as needed
• Work closely with Studio Owner and corporate staff to ensure health and profitability of the studio
• Build strong relationships with members, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure that all front desk systems are followed (member check-in, telephone/email/text inquiries, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, document scanning, etc.)
• Manage studio sales KPIs and reporting, review monthly performance with studio owner
• Enforce corporate policies, sales practices, systems and processes
• Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service
