About the Role:

Join Restoration 1 of Huntington Beach as a Construction Technician, where you will play a vital role in restoring homes and businesses to their former glory. Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments of damaged properties to determine restoration needs.
Perform water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage repairs.
Utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques to restore properties efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Document work progress and report findings to management.
Stay updated on the latest restoration techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
1-3 years of experience in construction or restoration preferred.
Knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
