Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, personable, and motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our business through strategic partnerships and lead generation. This role focuses on building relationships with mitigation companies, generating small handyman job opportunities, and promoting our services through face-to-face outreach and online channels.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential referral partners, such as restoration and mitigation companies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, property managers, and real estate professionals.
Generate new handyman and remodeling leads through community outreach, networking events, and digital engagement.
Represent House Doctors professionally in both in-person and online communications.
Track outreach activity, leads, and relationship progress in CRM or tracking systems.
Work closely with the operations team to align client needs with service capabilities.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development (handyman or construction industry experience a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable with in-person meetings, cold outreach, and networking.
Basic understanding of online marketing tools (email, social media).
Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of home repair, remodeling, or mitigation services.
Existing network in the Dallas, GA area or surrounding communities.
