As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Locke - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liason between customer needs and agency departments. - Assist customers with applications and changes.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Required to get Property & Casualty Insurance licensing as well as Life and Health.
