At Shana Nelson State Farm, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role where you’ll combine exceptional service with proactive sales efforts to create a best-in-class customer experience.

As part of a high-performing insurance agency, you’ll help clients navigate important decisions, uncover their needs, and deliver smart, personalized solutions. You’ll have the tools, support, and opportunity to grow your career—and your income.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as a trusted resource for existing and prospective clients

  • Answer policy-related inquiries and provide accurate, timely support

  • Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and claims follow-ups

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups

  • Collaborate with the team to meet agency goals and drive growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident demeanor

  • A sales-minded attitude and desire to exceed goals

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred

  • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty & Life & Health licenses (we’ll help you get there!)

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
