We are looking for a technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to high-quality service. While service technicians are our primary need, we welcome applications from both service and installation technicians.

Job Summary: Sundream is seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Sarasota area. We are looking for a technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to high-quality service. While service technicians are our primary need, we welcome applications from both service and installation technicians.
Responsibilities:
· Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
· Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
· Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and components
· Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service
· Install HVAC equipment as needed (for installation technicians)
· Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards
Requirements:
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC performing troubleshooting, service and repair, and installation
· EPA Certification
· Valid driver’s license - travel in and around Tampa Bay Metro region
· Strong technical skills
· Ability to work independently
· Strong customer service and communication skills
