- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or auto body work
- Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not required
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. An art background is helpful, but not necessary.
