Front Desk Sales/Guest Care Associate

Salon Valenti – Fremont, CA

Part-Time: 15-20 Hours Per Week

Are you outgoing, friendly, and stylish? Do you have a knack for sales and exceptional communication skills? Salon Valenti is looking for a dynamic Front Desk Sales/Guest Care Associate to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments for a team of 10+ stylists.
  • Delivering excellent guest care and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Sales of hair care products and salon services.
  • Light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and inviting salon.
  • Assisting with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Quick learner with an outgoing personality.
  • Confident and proactive in sales.
  • Stylish and professional appearance.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
  • Cosmetology school background is a bonus, but not required.
Pay & Benefits:

  • Starting at $17.30/hour with opportunities for bonuses.
