ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jenny Martin Insurance Agency Inc. is searching for a competitive Insurance Sales Representative who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customers. Your knowledge of insurance and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products and services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing marketing strategies for the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to conduct needs-based conversations with potential and existing clients.
- Ability to explain issues in understandable terms.
- Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
- Make outgoing calls to leads.
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Meet/exceed monthly goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 440 or 220 license.
- Ability to obtain a 215 license.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong listening, oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Track record of providing excellent customer service.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
