The salesperson contributes to promoting the club and the company by promoting the benefits of the exercise, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, and ensuring a positive experience for our members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work to set and achieve sales goals.
- Prospecting of potential customers through various methods of collecting leads.
- Participation in promotional events of the gym.
- Attend training events and meetings, as needed.
- Look for opportunities to raise customer service levels and increase partner retention.
- Be well informed of all the products, programs and services offered in the gym.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- You must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of previous sales and customer service experience (preferred).
- Experience and/or passion for the fitness industry.
SKILLS
- High degree of initiative; highly motivated and dynamic person.
- Flexible hours - may include weekends and/or evenings.
- Reliable transportation method.
- Excellent customer service and professional communication.
