Position: Residential Sales Representative
 Location: Greater Corpus Christi area (Port Aransas, Portland, Kingsville, Beeville)
 Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
 Compensation: Base Pay + Commission (Recommendation when conducting the sales role: Base Salary– a commission of 7.5% for warm leads & 15% on cold leads)

Job Overview:

As a Residential Sales Representative, you will engage with potential customers who need our service. Your role is to build rapport, assess their needs, explain the benefits of our services, and close the sale. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to follow a structured sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage & Build Rapport

  • Follow up with warm via phone, text, in-person, or email to discuss their cleaning needs
  • Create organic leads through canvassing, door-to-door, or Glass House
  • Establish a friendly and professional relationship with customers.
  • Use active listening to understand their concerns and offer solutions.
Identify Customer Needs

  • Ask questions to determine what areas of the home need cleaning.
  • Educate customers on common issues like mold, mildew, and dirt buildup.
  • Provide expert advice on the best services for their home.
 

Present & Upsell Services

  • Explain the benefits of professional power washing and how our process stands out. 
  • Recommend additional services (driveways, patios, fences, etc.) to maximize value for the customer.
  • Use pricing guides to create accurate estimates quickly. 
Close the Sale & Schedule Services

  • Confidently ask for the sale and book an appointment.
  • Overcome objections with professionalism and a solutions-based approach.
  • Ensure the customer understands what to expect on service day.
Follow Up & Customer Satisfaction

  • Confirm appointments and send reminders.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Gather customer feedback and reviews to help build the company’s reputation.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
 Sales experience preferred (home services or similar industry is encouraged).
 Ability to confidently ask for the sale and overcome objections.
 Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
 Self-motivated and able to work independently.
 Basic understanding of power washing services (training provided).
 Comfortable using a phone, CRM system, and scheduling software.

 
Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
