Are you an experienced bookkeeper with an eye for detail? Do you enjoy working with financial data and making sure transactions are correct? We are looking for an independent self-starter to manage multiple priorities and ensure highly accurate books and records. In this role, you’ll perform general bookkeeping, handle financial transactions & requests, manage the company’s financial records. This is a full-time position but would consider part-time. We are located in Ponte Vedra, Florida. This position is not available for remote work.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of Intermediate Quickbooks and Advanced Excel
- Hands-on experience overseeing accounts payable and payroll
- Demonstrated background running financial reports and conducting financial analysis
- Proven experience working with private company owners
- Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency
- Strong detail orientation and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required; preferably with significant coursework in accounting

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
