What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations
- Drive sales and manage costs
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
- Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in restaurant management (pizza or casual dining a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience
- Experience with inventory, bookkeeping, or financial management
- Extensive experience with training and developing staff
