Customer Service Representative
Part Time • Tampa
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative who speaks/understand English and Spanish to join our team! In this role, you'll be the face of our business—welcoming guests, handling cashier duties, and helping ensure our facility stays clean, stocked, and ready for fun. This is a year-round position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Answer questions about our facility, events, and services
- Keep the facility clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Restock food, drinks, and other supplies as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic concerns
- Support team members as needed during busy times
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with customers
- Dependability and commitment to showing up on time
- Attention to cleanliness and detail
- Team-oriented and proactive attitude
- Prior customer service or cashier experience is a plus, but not require
Qualifications:
- Must be at least at least 16 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties
- Previous customer service or cashier experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
