Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) to join our team! You will play a crucial role in evaluating patients and developing individual treatment plans in collaboration with patients’ physicians. Operating with professional expertise and deep care for patients, you are a natural problem solver and self-starter. 2Y/1ST TIMERS - State Lic IN HAND LCSW
Will position float between units: Yes
Is on-call required=No
Are weekends required? Yes variable depending on PTOs
Are block schedules required= No
What are expected ratios=1:40
Special requirements: Risk assessments, Psych placements, SUD support, SDOH resources, LCSW need; prefer someone with some experience in any unit of an acute care or LTACH facility.
Are 48 hours approved: No
