Salary: $55,000-65,000 Base with commission on sales with no cap on commission (estimated $90,000 first year)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role is focused on expanding our commercial client base while also contributing to our residential business. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cold calling, cold stopping into businesses, building and fostering relationships, and attending community events as the face of Rolling Suds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in cold calling and door-to-door sales to generate new business leads.
- Visit potential clients in person to introduce our services and discuss their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
- Attend community events to represent Rolling Suds and promote our services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage your time effectively to balance cold calling, client visits, and follow-up activities.
- Travel as needed, including some overnights and long days.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in door-to-door or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and stay disciplined in day-to-day routines.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, including overnight stays.
