Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive membership and service sales through proactive outreach and customer engagement

  • Assist the Sales Manager in meeting and exceeding sales goals

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Educate clients on the benefits of IV Therapy and other wellness services

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

  • Help manage daily operations to ensure a seamless client experience

What We're Looking For:

  • A self-starter with a proven track record in sales

  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best

  • Background in nutrition, fitness, spa, or a related wellness field is highly preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

  • Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the company

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience

  • Experience in a wellness, spa, or healthcare setting is a plus

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable with technology and CRM systems

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
