Closets by Design of the First Coast is hiring Designers / Sales Representatives to join our award-winning team. We help customers organize their homes with custom- designed closets, home offices, garages, and more.

A Day in the Life

· Begin the sales process with pre-set appointments (all leads and materials are provided).

· Consult with clients in their home and build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.

· Walk through the space/s to assess opportunities.

· Educate customers on our products and services.

· Follow our Sales Training and utilize effective communication skills to assist customers with their organizational needs.

Requirements

· No degree, certiﬁcation, or sales experience is needed.

· We are looking for coachable candidates who are growth-oriented and self- motivated.

· Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
