We’re hiring an Inventory, Retail & Merchandising Manager to own purchasing, back bar cost control, retail strategy, and seasonal activations across four luxury salon locations.
This role is for someone who:

What You’ll Own
• Company-wide inventory accuracy (retail, boutique, back bar)
• COGS targets and cost-per-service performance
• Vendor strategy and purchasing optimization
• SKU lifecycle decisions (test / scale / retire)
• Quarterly merchandising resets
• Seasonal promotions + loyalty alignment
• Inventory forecasting and par management
• Executive-level dashboards with clear insights
