Shift: Overnight Sunday-Thursday (8-10 PM check-in, 4-6 AM check-out)

Position: Full-Time (40-55 hours per week)

Kitchen Guard of San Antonio is a locally owned franchise of Kitchen Guard, a leading kitchen exhaust cleaning company dedicated to ensuring the safety and cleanliness of commercial industrial kitchens. Our primary service lines are kitchen exhaust (vent hood) cleaning, filter exchange, repairs, and steam cleaning. With a strong commitment to quality service and fire safety, we’ve built a reputation for excellence in our industry.

Job Overview:
As a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician - Filter Exchange, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and organizing commercial kitchen vent hood filters at our warehouse
Driving to multiple commercial kitchens overnight, following instructions to access the building, removing dirty filters and installing clean filters, and securing the commercial kitchens upon departure - must have a valid drivers license
Attention to detail and a passion for treating our customers' equipment as our own
Documenting (photographing) work done using company-supplied phone and software
From time to time, assisting the commercial kitchen vent hood cleaning crew overnight in the following:
- Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
- Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
- Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
- Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.

Physical Requirements:

Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.
Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.
Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.

Compensation: $600.00 - $880.00 per week
