Job Title: Customer Relations Representative – Insurance Sales & Service

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative in our dynamic insurance agency, you’ll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide our clients rely on. Whether assisting with policy questions, resolving concerns, or introducing new products that meet client needs, you’ll play a key role in both retaining and growing our customer base. If you’re driven, dependable, and enjoy making an impact, we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver outstanding service to existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Assist with policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims follow-up
Recommend and cross-sell appropriate insurance products to meet customer needs
Build relationships that foster trust and long-term client satisfaction
Support retention efforts by proactively engaging with customers for reviews and renewals
Collaborate with agency team members to ensure seamless client service

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
Comfortable engaging in solution-focused sales conversations
Ability to remain calm and helpful in high-pressure situations
If not currently licensed, must be willing to obtain licensing as a condition of employment (we will guide you through the process)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
