Primary Duties
- Client Consultations & Sales: Visit residential properties to evaluate tree conditions, identify issues, and recommend suitable services or treatments.
- Client Education: Communicate the importance of ongoing tree maintenance, best care practices, and our commitment to environmentally responsible solutions.
- Lead Development: Expand your client base by networking, seeking referrals, and engaging with the local community.
- Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining regular contact with clients throughout the sales and service process.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest developments in tree care, pest management, and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
- ISA Certified Arborist, or willingness to obtain certification within three months of hire.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in tree care, consulting, or sales.
- Solid understanding of tree biology, pruning, disease/pest management, and risk assessment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational skills, able to manage leads and close sales independently.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
