RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Educate customers on insurance products and services.
  • Support customers with policy applications, changes, and renewals.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Must obtain Property & Casualty License before hire.
  • Must obtain Life & Health License before hire.
