- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist tenants with maintenance requests, lease questions, rent payment inquiries, and general concerns.
- Provide information to prospective tenants and having a sales mentality
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle emergency calls and escalate urgent matters according to established protocols.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 1+ years of customer service experience; experience in property management or real estate is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with property management software AppFoliois a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
