About the Role

We’re seeking a financially savvy, licensed Life & Health Insurance professional who thrives in a consultative, client-focused environment. As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll help individuals and families navigate important life decisions by offering strategic financial solutions, life and health insurance, and related services.

Your expertise and professionalism will be the foundation of long-term client trust. If you're experienced in financial services and motivated to grow both your book of business and your income, we want to hear from you.

Life & Health licenses are required.
Securities licenses (FINRA Series 6, 63, 7, etc.) are a plus but not required.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide personalized guidance on life, health, and financial products

  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and needs assessments

  • Educate clients on investment options, retirement planning, and risk management strategies

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and results

  • Assist clients with portfolio strategy and asset allocation (as licensed)

  • Maintain knowledge of product offerings and regulatory changes

  • Ensure full compliance with industry and state/federal guidelines

What You Bring

  • Active Life & Health Insurance Licenses (Required)

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or advisory roles

  • Strong understanding of life/health products and financial planning strategies

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed goals

  • FINRA Series 6, 63, or 7 licenses (Preferred but not required)
