About the Role:
Join Adaptive Composites LLC as a Marine Technician, where you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing high-performance marine vessels. Be part of a dynamic team in Vermilion, OH, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions in the marine industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various marine vessels.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Assist in the installation of marine systems and components.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest marine technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in marine maintenance or repair.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing marine engines and systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Compensation: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
