What You’ll Do

Build and manage a diverse client portfolio, providing exceptional service in both Russian and English
Conduct personalized insurance and financial consultations tailored to individual goals
Present and sell life, health, auto, home, retirement, and investment products
Identify gaps in coverage or planning and recommend appropriate solutions
Maintain relationships through consistent follow-up, service, and ongoing support
Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and compliance guidelines

What You Bring

Fluency in both Russian and English (verbal and written) is required
3+ years of experience in sales, insurance, or financial services preferred
Ability to generate leads, build trust, and close sales
Excellent communication, listening, and consultative selling skills
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to grow your career
Active insurance licenses (Life & Health, P&C) preferred, or willingness to obtain (we’ll help you get licensed)
